The Core Structure and Working Principle of Hydraulic Pipe-Clamping Machines
2025-11-11
Main components
Hydraulic System: Includes a motor, gear pump, control valves, oil tank, and hydraulic pipelines, responsible for providing power and controlling mold movement.
Crimping mechanism: Composed of a mold base, mold, crimp sleeve, spring-loaded punch, and other components, it achieves the crimping of the hose to the fitting through radial contraction.
Electrical Control System: Employs PLC or electromechanical control to achieve pressure regulation, action switching, and safety protection.
Working principle
Clamping process: The motor drives the oil pump to deliver hydraulic oil, which pushes the plunger forward, causing the die holder to contract radially. This applies pressure to the hose, ensuring a tight bond between the hose and the metal fitting. When the degree of contraction reaches the preset value, the clamping operation automatically stops.
Release process: The solenoid directional control valve switches direction, allowing hydraulic oil to enter the mold-opening cylinder. Under the action of the spring, the mold base returns to its original position, completing the demolding process.
