Inner rubber layer: Directly contacts the hydraulic medium and must possess oil resistance and corrosion resistance. It also withstands the pressure of the medium, protecting the reinforcement layer from erosion.
Middle rubber layer: Some hoses are equipped with a middle rubber layer, which serves to isolate the inner rubber layer from the reinforcement layer and enhance structural stability.
Reinforcing layer: Made of steel wires that are braided or wrapped around, this layer forms the pressure-bearing core of the hose and determines its pressure resistance. The more layers of steel wire there are, the higher the pressure resistance will be.
Outer rubber layer: Protects the reinforcement layer from damage caused by external factors (such as ultraviolet radiation, ozone, and chemicals), while also preventing medium leakage from polluting the environment.
